Antique Reclaimed Flooring
This is recycling at it's finest.
The great stands of Southern Longleaf Pine that covered much of the original 13 states, along with great old growth stands of American Chestnut and American Oak, were used in the 18th and 19th centuries to build the factories of the industrial revolution, along with barns and cabins. As these structures are torn down or replaced, they are yielding this heritage wood and the structural timbers are reclaimed as flooring!
The beam face can be preserved for a truly unique appearance or this special flooring can be sanded to reveal centuries rich character.
